Dimitar Selenski BG

Privacy

This page explains what data selenski.me collects, what I use it for, and what rights you have. Last updated: 3 November 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Custom Business Solutions Ltd (Къстъм Бизнес Сълюшънс ЕООД), Bulgarian company ID 205571296, VAT number BG205571296, registered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria; the full address is in the Bulgarian Commercial Register. For any question, write to hello@selenski.me.

The contact form

When you write to me, I receive your name, your email address, your company if you gave it, and your message. I use them only to reply to you and for any conversation that follows; I don’t sell them, share them for advertising, or add you to a newsletter. The legal basis is the steps you asked me to take before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to your message.

I keep the correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, then delete it, unless we have signed a contract; in that case, the retention periods for contract and accounting records apply.

Your message reaches my mailbox through Amazon Web Services, in the European Union. To protect the form from spam, I use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is writing without profiling you; the legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping my mailbox free of spam.

Visitor analytics

I use Google Analytics to see which pages are read. It loads only if you click “Accept” in the banner; if you decline, or don’t choose, nothing is sent to Google. Once you accept, it sets cookies and collects data about the visit, which Google keeps for 14 months. Ad personalisation is switched off.

The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time:

What is stored in your browser

Your choice in the banner, the theme if you switch it yourself, and a lang cookie for one year if you switch language yourself. All three are needed for the site to work the way you asked, and don’t require consent.

Hosting

The site is hosted by SiteGround, in the European Union. Like any web server, it logs the IP address, the time and the requested page, for security and to keep the site running.

Data outside the European Union

Google and Cloudflare are US companies and may transfer data to the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for its processing to be restricted, and for data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@selenski.me and I’ll reply within one month. If you believe I’m processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
